Example Definitions of "Expiration Date"
Expiration Date. Shall mean the last time that validly tendered Existing Securities may be withdrawn from the applicable Exchange Offers before being accepted by the Company for exchange.
Expiration Date. The date seventy two (72) months after the Initial Exercise Date or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday.
