Expiration Date

Expiration Date. Means 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on November 1, 2021 or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on the next day that is not a Holiday.

Expiration Date. The seventh (7th) anniversary of the Grant Date

Expiration Date. The date that is three (3) years from the Closing Date, or, if such date falls on a day other than a Trading Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a Holiday), the next date that is not a Holiday

Expiration Date. March 16, 2019, or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday; provided that the Warrants will expire earlier upon (i) the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company or (ii) the merger or consolidation of the Company after which the Company's stockholders own less than a majority of the voting stock of the surviving entity.

Expiration Date. Shall mean the first to occur of (i) the termination of the Asset Purchase Agreement pursuant to Article 7 thereof, or (ii) such date and time as the Asset Purchase shall become effective in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Means the earliest of the following: (1) If the Optionee's Termination of Employment with the Company is due to any reason other than death, Disability, Retirement or Cause, the date 90 days following such Termination of Employment; (2) Subject to cancellation by the Committee pursuant to Paragraph 3(c), if the Optionee's Termination of Employment with the Company (other than a Termination of Employment with the Company for Cause) occurs after qualifying for Retirement, (a) the date three... months after the third anniversary of the date of the Optionee's Termination of Employment if, at the time of such Termination of Employment, the Optionee has completed at least ten (10) but less than fifteen (15) years of service with the Company; (b) the date three months after the fifth anniversary of the date of the Optionee's Termination of Employment if, at the time of such Termination of Employment, the Optionee has completed at least fifteen (15) but less than twenty (20) years of service with the Company; or (c) the date three months after the nine and one-half year anniversary of the date of the Optionee's Termination of Employment if, at the time of such Termination of Employment, the Optionee has completed twenty (20) or more years of service with the Company; (3) If the Optionee's Termination of Employment with the Company is for Cause, the date of such Termination of Employment; or (4) The day before the tenth anniversary of the Date of Grant. Expiration Date. Means the date on which shareholders of Fusion's equity securities representing at least a majority of the votes "cast" at a validly called meeting vote to approve the Transaction or, if such approval is not obtained by November 5, 2016, the date on which the Shareholder exchanges the Subject Shares for the "Non-Voting Shares".
