Example Definitions of "Expiration Date"
Expiration Date. Shall mean 11:59 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time on May 15, 2018, as may be extended by the Company in its sole discretion.
Expiration Date. Shall mean the earliest to occur of (i) such date and time as the Merger shall become consummated in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Merger Agreement; (ii) the termination of the Merger Agreement; (iii) any amendment to the Merger Agreement that modifies the amount, form or timing of payment of the Merger Consideration in a manner adverse to the Shareholders or (iv) the mutual agreement of the parties hereto.
Expiration Date. Shall mean the earlier to occur of (i) such date and time as the Purchase Agreement shall have been terminated pursuant to Section 8(n) thereof, or (ii) such date and time that either the Merger or Asset Transfer has become effective.
