Expiration Date

Expiration Date. Is defined in subsection 6(f)

Expiration Date. Shall mean 5:00 P.M., New York City time (the "close of business") on [●], 2028.

Expiration Date. The earliest to occur of (i) such date and time as the Merger Agreement shall have been terminated pursuant to Article VIII thereof, (ii) the Effective Time, (iii) the date of any modification, waiver or amendment to any provision of the Merger Agreement that reduces the Per Share Price or changes the form of consideration thereof to be paid in respect of the Shares, (iv) a Company Board Recommendation Change, or (v) the mutual written consent of the Company, Stockholder, Parent and Merger Sub.

Expiration Date. Means [September __, 2026]1, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on a date on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next day that is not a Holiday.

Expiration Date. Midnight (end of day), New York City time on December 14, 2022, as may be extended by the Company in its sole discretion

Expiration Date. The date that is 30 months following the Authorized Increase Date.

Expiration Date. Means the later of (i) the date that is 15 months following the Authorized Increase Date and (ii) the date that is one (1) month following public announcement by or on behalf of the Company of the publication of top line data from the Company's Phase 3 trial of batiraxcept in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.

Expiration Date. 11:59 p.m., New York City time, in the evening of September 16, 2022, as may be extended, with respect to each Exchange Offer, by the Company in its sole discretion

Expiration Date. The date on which this Warrant expires, being the earlier of the close of business in Atlanta, Georgia on (i) January 15, 2025 or (ii) the Termination Date, if a valid Termination Notice is sent pursuant to Section 2(f) herein.

Expiration Date. The close of business on the fifth anniversary of the Issue Date.
