Example Definitions of "Expiration Date"
Expiration Date. The date that is the three and a half (3.5) year anniversary of the Initial Exercise Date or, if such date falls on a day other than a Trading Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a Holiday), the next date that is not a Holiday
