Facility

Facility. Has the meaning set forth in the Lease.

Facility. Shall mean Unipath's manufacturing facility located at Priory Business Park, Bedford, MK 44 3UP, and, subject to Warner-Lambert's prior qualification and written approval, approval not to be unreasonably withheld, such other facilities to be used by Unipath or its Affiliates in the manufacture, packaging and storage of Product or materials utilized in the manufacture and packaging of Product hereunder.
