Facility
Facility. The term "Facility" shall mean a single unit or business activity of a business entity, which unit or business activity may be a manufacturing unit, production unit, assembly unit, storage unit or distribution unit. There may be more than one Facility within a single business entity, and there may be more than one Facility within a single site of a business entity.
