Facility

Facility. That certain senior secured loan facility, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the MHR Funds and the Maker, as amended from time to time

Facility. Means Manufacturer's manufacturing facility in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Facility. Means the facilities of Manufacturer identified in the applicable Work Order, or facilities of an Affiliate of Manufacturer acting as a subcontractor as permitted herein.
