Facility

Facility. Means Paddock's manufacturing facility located at 3940 Quebec Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55427, and, subject to Axcan Pharma's prior written approval (which approval shall be conditioned upon Paddock providing a detailed transfer plan acceptable to Axcan, acting reasonably), such other facilities to be used by Paddock in the supply of Products or materials utilized in the supply of Products hereunder;

Facility. Means Company's manufacturing facility located at the address set forth in the applicable Product Addendum and such other facilities used by Company in the manufacture, packaging, storage or shipment of Product.

Facility. The term loan facility in an aggregate amount of USD 15.000.000.00 made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2 (The Facility) to the extent not cancelled, reduced or transferred under this Agreement.

Facility. The premises that are (i) controlled by Company (or, where approved in accordance with this Agreement, by Company's Subcontractor) and (ii) expressly designated in an applicable SOW as an approved location at which E-Commerce Activities may be performed.

Facility. Shall mean (i) any facility located on any Owned Real Property or (ii) any facility (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include farms and other leased property and real estate) subject to a lease set forth on Exhibit 2.13.

Facility. Means Stillwater's processing complex located in Columbus, Montana.

Facility. Althea's facility located at 11040 Roselle Street, San Diego, CA 92121.

Facility. Means one or more of Distributor's distribution facilities at which Products will be handled and stored and from which Products will be delivered to Restaurants.

Facility. Means laboratories in the Country(ies) that are either owned by or leased by Customer.

Facility. The site where Eucodis selects to have all manufacturing of the Product done.
