Family Member

Family Member. Means any child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, sibling, niece, nephew, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, including adoptive relationships, any person sharing the Optionee's household (other than a tenant or employee), a trust in which these persons have more than fifty percent of the beneficial interest, a foundation in which these persons (or the Optionee) control the management of... assets, and any other entity in which these persons (or the Optionee) own more than fifty percent of the voting interests. Family Member. Any child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, sibling, niece, nephew, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, including adoptive relationships.

Family Member. Shall mean, with respect to any natural Person, (i) any lineal descendant or ancestor or sibling (by birth or adoption) of such natural Person, (ii) any spouse or former spouse of any of the foregoing, (iii) any legal representative or estate of any of the foregoing, (iv) any trust maintained for the benefit of the foregoing and (v) any corporation, private charitable foundation or other organization controlled by the foregoing.

Family Member. Family Member. Family Member. Has the meaning given to such term in General Instructions A.1(a)(5) to Form S-8 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and any successor thereto.

Family Member. Any person identified as an "immediate family" member in Rule 16(a)-1(e) of the Exchange Act, as such Rule may be amended from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Committee may designate any other person(s) or entity(ies) as a "family member"

Family Member. Means Everett R. Dobson's spouse, child (including a stepchild or adopted child), grandchildren or parent and each trust, family limited partnership or other entity created for the primary benefit of any one or more of them.

Family Member. Shall mean, as to any natural Person, a parent, child, descendant, spouse or sibling of the Person, the spouse of any of the foregoing, or the estate, any guardian, custodian or conservator of the Person or any of the foregoing, or a trust of which there are and continue to be, during the term of this Agreement, no principal beneficiaries other than the foregoing.

Family Member. Means, with respect to any Person, any parent, spouse, child, brother, sister or any other relative with a relationship (by blood, marriage or adoption) not more remote than first cousin to such Person.
