Example Definitions of "Family Member"
Family Member. A Participant's spouse, parents, children and grandchildren
Family Member. Means with respect to any Person, such Person's spouse, ancestors, descendants (whether by blood, marriage or adoption) or spouse of a descendant of such Person, brothers and sisters (whether by blood, marriage or adoption) and inter vivos or testamentary trusts of which only such Person and his spouse, ancestors, descendants (whether by blood, marriage or adoption), brothers and sisters (whether by blood, marriage or adoption) are beneficiaries.
Family Member. With respect to any Person, such Person's grandparents, parents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, husband, wife, brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, children, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and first cousins.
Family Member. Means with respect to any individual, a spouse, lineal descendant (whether natural or adopted) or spouse of a lineal descendant of such individual or any trust created for the benefit of such individual or of which any of the foregoing is a beneficiary
Family Member. With respect to any individual, such individual's parents, spouse and descendants (whether natural or adopted) and any trust or other vehicle formed solely for the benefit of, and controlled by, such individual and/or any one or more of them
Family Member. Shall mean, with respect to any natural Person, such Person's parents, spouse (but not including a former spouse or a spouse from whom such Person is legally separated) and descendants (whether or not adopted) and any trust, family limited partnership or limited liability company that is and remains solely for the benefit of such Person's spouse (but not including a former spouse or a spouse from whom such Person is legally separated) and/or descendants.
Family Member. Of a Person shall mean any of the following: (i) any spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, sibling, niece, nephew, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law of the Person, above, wherever residing, (ii) any person residing (other than solely as a tenant or employee) in the same household as the Person and (iii) anyone else deemed to be a "family member" under applicable or relevant law, rule or regulation.
