Family Member

Family Member. Spouse, lineal descendants, stepchildren, father, mother, brother or sister of a (i) Lock-Up Holder that is an individual or (ii) of such Lock-Up Holder's spouse.

Family Member. Means (i) each Undersigned Family Member and (ii) each other Person (including any Permitted Transferee) who is required to become or becomes a party to this Agreement, in each case, for so long as such Person is the Beneficial Owner of any Family Member Shares.

Family Member. (d) "Family Member" means (x) a person's spouse, parent, sibling and descendants (whether natural or adopted), (y) any family limited partnership, limited liability company or other entity wholly owned, directly or indirectly, by such person and/or such person's spouse, parent, sibling and/or descendants (whether natural or adopted), and (z) any estate or trust for the benefit of such person and/or such person's spouse, parent, sibling and/or descendants (whether natural or adopted)).

Family Member. Means, with respect to Mr. Diller, the spouse of Mr. Diller or the lineal descendants of Mr. Diller and/or of his spouse or the respective parents, grandparents, siblings or lineal descendants of siblings of Mr. Diller or his spouse (including Diane von Furstenberg, Alexandre von Furstenberg and Tatiana von Furstenberg).
