Fees

Fees. Shall mean (a) with respect to any Container, the applicable fees and additional fees forth on Schedule 2, and (b) with respect to any Related Goods and Services, the applicable fees set forth on Schedule 3 or otherwise agreed upon in writing by the parties, in each case subject to adjustment as set forth in this Agreement.

In addition, company will spend a reasonable amount of time in design consultation, development, edits and changes.
