Fees

Fees. The annual retainer scheduled to be paid to a Director for the calendar year plus any additional fees (including meeting and committee fees) earned by a Director for his or her services on the Board during the calendar year

Fees. Means the compensation payable to Directors for their services as a director, including the Board Retainer and Meeting Fee.

Fees. Shall mean (a) with respect to any Container, the applicable fees and additional fees forth on Schedule 2, and (b) with respect to any Related Goods and Services, the applicable fees set forth on Schedule 3 or otherwise agreed upon in writing by the parties, in each case subject to adjustment as set forth in this Agreement.
