Filing Deadline

Filing Deadline. Means the date that is 15 days after the Closing Date.

Filing Deadline. Shall mean January 15, 2016 in the case of the Registration Statement required to be filed under Section 2(a)(i), and, in the case of Section 2(a)(ii) shall mean the Additional Filing Deadline.

Filing Deadline. Shall mean the forty-fifth (45th) calendar day following the date of issuance of the Exchangeable Notes in the case of the Registration Statement required to be filed under Section 2(a)(i) (which deadline was satisfied by the filing of a Registration Statement on August 7, 2015), and, in the case of Section 2(a)(ii) shall mean the Additional Filing Deadline.
