Financial Statements

Financial Statements. All references in this Agreement to financial statements and schedules and other information that is contained, included or stated in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus (and all other references of like import) shall be deemed to mean and include all such financial statements and schedules and other information that is incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus, as the case may be.

Financial Statements. Shall mean, with respect to any accounting period for any Person, statements of operations, retained earnings and cash flow of such Person for such period, and balance sheets of such Person as of the end of such period, setting forth in each case in comparative form figures for the corresponding period in the preceding fiscal year if such period is less than a full fiscal year or, if such period is a full fiscal year, corresponding figures from the preceding fiscal year, all prepared in... reasonable detail and in accordance with GAAP. Financial Statements. The Corporation's balance sheet as at December 31, 1997 and the related statements of income, retained earnings and changes in financial position for such fiscal year, and the Corporation's interim balance sheet as at March 31, 1998 and the related interim statements of income, retained earnings and changes in financial position for the fiscal quarter then ended.

Financial Statements. The Corporation's (i) audited balance sheet for the period ending December 31, 1998 and the related statements of income, retained earnings and changes in financial position for such fiscal period and (ii) unaudited balance sheet for the period ending June 30, 1999 and the related statements of income, retained earnings and changes in financial position for such fiscal period.

Financial Statements. The Company's unaudited statement of income and expense for the period from January 1, 2009, through March 31, 2009, and unaudited non-GAAP balance sheet dated as of March 31, 2009, copies of which have been made available to Purchaser.

Financial Statements. Shall include the accompanying notes and schedules.
