Financial Statements

Financial Statements. Means the financial statements of Med and its consolidated subsidiaries (including ARL), prepared in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements for public company financial statements, in a manner consistent with the prior Financial Statements of Med;

Financial Statements. Shall mean the balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and stockholder's equity statement of Consignee for the year or other period then ended, together with supporting schedules, certified (without qualification) by Deloitte & Touche or other independent public accountants approved by Consignor and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied.

Financial Statements. Shall mean all balance sheets, income statements, and other financial information which have been, are now, or in the future are furnished to Lender.

Financial Statements. Means for any fiscal year, unaudited consolidated financial statements for the Companies for such fiscal year, which shall be prepared in accordance with GAAP.

Financial Statements. Has the meaning set forth in (S) 3.18.

Financial Statements. Means the audited balance sheets of the Company as at December 31, 1999 and the audited statements of income and retained earnings of the Company for the years ended on such dates, accompanied by the reports thereon of the independent certified public accountants.

Financial Statements. The unaudited balance sheets and the related statements of income and retained earnings of Seller, at and as of December 28, 2003 and March 28, 2004.

Financial Statements. The financial statements of the Company.

Financial Statements. The Corporation's balance sheet as at November 30, 1997.

Financial Statements. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section --------------------- 2(e).
