Example Definitions of "Fiscal Year"
Fiscal Year. Means (i) any twelve-month period commencing on January 2 1 and ending on December 31; and (ii) the period commencing on the immediately preceding January 1 and ending on the date on which all property is distributed to the Members pursuant to the dissolution provisions of Section 8.4 of this Agreement.
Fiscal Year. Means the fiscal year of the Corporation as established from time to time.
Fiscal Year. Means the fiscal year ending December 31.
Fiscal Year. The term "Fiscal Year" means Dura's fiscal year as in effect from time to time.
