Example Definitions of "Fiscal Year"
Fiscal Year. Shall mean the 12-month period beginning on October 1 and ending on the next subsequent September 30, or such other 12-month period as may constitute Griffon's fiscal year at any time hereafter.
Fiscal Year. A period commencing on the Wednesday following the last Tuesday in December of each calendar year and ending on the last Tuesday of the next following December, provided, however, that the first Fiscal Year will be a short Fiscal Year commencing on the date hereof and ending on the last Tuesday of the following December.
Fiscal Year. Shall mean the fiscal year of the Company, which is the calendar year.
Fiscal Year. Means any of the annual accounting periods of the Borrower first ending on May 31 of each year. As an example, reference to the 2010 Fiscal Year shall mean the Fiscal Year ending May 31, 2010.
