Example Definitions of "Fiscal Year"
Fiscal Year. Means any twelve-month period ending December 31.
Fiscal Year. Shall mean a fiscal year of the Company, designated by reference to the calendar year in which such fiscal year begins, but determined based upon the Company's schedule of fiscal years as in effect on the Effective Date, without regard to any subsequent change thereto (for example, Fiscal Year 2004 shall mean the Company's fiscal year that began on January 29, 2004).
Fiscal Year. Shall mean the 12-month period ending on the last Sunday in March, or such other 12-month period as may constitute Nathan's fiscal year at any time hereafter.
Fiscal Year. Shall mean Group 1‘s annual accounting period as in effect from time to time, which is the twelve (12) month period ending each March 31.
