General Intangibles

General Intangibles. All general intangibles of the Debtor, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, including but not limited to the Purchase Agreements, good will, trade names, customer lists, permits and franchises, and the right to use the Debtor's name.

General Intangibles. The meaning assigned to it in Exhibit A hereto.
