General Intangibles. (i) the Pledged Interests, (ii) all General Intangibles arising out of the Operating Agreement in respect of the Pledged Interests, (iii) all Accounts arising out of the Operating Agreement in respect of the Pledged Interests, and (iv) to the extent not otherwise included, all Proceeds of any and all of the foregoing.
