Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Means any Federal, state, local or foreign court, commission or tribunal, or governmental, administrative or regulatory agency, department, authority, instrumentality or other body.

Governmental Authority. Any federal, provincial, municipal, county or regional government or government authority or other law, regulation or rule making entity, including any court, department, commission, bureau, board, tribunal, administrative agency or regulatory body of any of the foregoing, that exercises jurisdiction over the Parties, the Gibson Terminal, the Pipeline Facilities, the Rail Terminal or the services provided by the Parties hereunder

Governmental Authority. Any federal, state, local, foreign or international court, government, department, commission, board, bureau or agency, or any other regulatory, self-regulatory, administrative or governmental organization or authority, including the NASDAQ Global Select Market.

Any (a) federal, state, local, municipal, or special purpose unit of government; (b) governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental or regulatory agency, branch, department, public official, commission, board, or court or other tribunal); or (c) person or unit of government exercising, or entitled to exercise, any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory, or taxing authority or power of any nature

Governmental Authority. Any nation or government, any state, provincial or political subdivision thereof and any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, including, without limitation, any stock exchange, securities market or self-regulatory organization
