Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Means any supra-national, federal, national, regional, state, provincial or local entity responsible for granting approvals for the performance of services under this Agreement or for issuing or enforcing any Applicable Law, or for exercising authority with respect to the manufacture of the Product or the conduct of manufacturing services at any Production Facility, including without limitation the FDA and EMA.

Governmental Authority. Means (i) any nation, state, county, city or other legal jurisdiction, (ii) any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other government, (iii) any governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature, or (iv) any body exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government.

Governmental Authority. Means all governmental and regulatory bodies, agencies, departments or entities, whether or not located in the Territory, which regulate, direct or control commercial and other related activities in or with the Territory.

Governmental Authority. Means (i) any government or any state, department, local authority or other political subdivision thereof, or (ii) any governmental body, agency, authority 22 (including any central bank, taxing authority or transgovernmental or supranational entity or authority), minister or instrumentality (including any court or tribunal) exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government.

Governmental Authority. Means any federal or national, state or provincial, municipal or local government, governmental authority, regulatory or administrative agency, governmental commission, department, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, political subdivision, commission, court, tribunal, official, arbitrator or arbitral body, in each case whether U.S. or non-U.S.

Governmental Authority. Shall mean any United States (federal, state, local) or foreign court or tribunal, or administrative, governmental or regulatory body, agency or authority.

Governmental Authority. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

Governmental Authority. Has the meaning specified therefor in the Credit Agreement.

Governmental Authority. Means any foreign governmental authority, the United States, and any political subdivision of any of them, whether state, provincial, or local, and any agency, department, commission, board, bureau, court or other tribunal, or instrumentality of any of them which now or hereafter has jurisdiction over Lender (or any participant herein) or a Borrower or a Borrower's assets. Governmental Authority. When used in the singular, shall mean any federal, state, local or foreign governmental or quasi-governmental instrumentality, agency, board, commission or department or any regulatory agency, bureau, commission or authority and, when used in the plural, shall mean all such entities.
