Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Means any federal, state, local or foreign government, political subdivision, legislature, court, agency, department, bureau, commission or other governmental or quasi-governmental, regulatory or administrative authority, body or instrumentality, or any other Person lawfully empowered by any of the foregoing.

Governmental Authority. Any nation or government, and any state or political subdivision thereof, any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government (including the SEC and any court, tribunal or arbitrator(s) of competent jurisdiction, and any other stock exchange or self-regulatory organization, including the OTC Bulletin Board, OTC Markets Inc. and the Pink OTC Markets, Inc.

Governmental Authority. Any federal, state, local or foreign government, governmental, regulatory or administrative authority, agency, body, branch, bureau, instrumentality or commission or any court, tribunal, or judicial or arbitral body having relevant jurisdiction over a subject matter.
