Governmental Authority. Governmental Authority. Means (i) any federal, state, local, municipal, or other government, whether domestic or foreign, (ii) any governmental, regulatory or administrative agency, commission or other authority, whether domestic or foreign, lawfully exercising or entitled to exercise any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory or taxing authority or power, and (iii) any domestic or foreign court or governmental tribunal.
