Governmental Authority. Means any of the following: (a) the United States of America, the Netherlands, Belgium, or any other country; (b) any state, commonwealth, province, territory, or possession of any of the foregoing and any political subdivision thereof (including counties and municipalities); and (c) any agency, authority, or instrumentality of any of the foregoing, including any court, tribunal, department, bureau, commission, board, arbitrator, or panel of arbitrators.
Governmental Authority. Any (a) federal, state, local, municipal, or special purpose unit of government; (b) governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental or regulatory agency, branch, department, public official, commission, board, or court or other tribunal); or (c) person or unit of government exercising, or entitled to exercise, any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory, or taxing authority or power of any nature
