Group

Group. The affiliated group of corporations as defined in § 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), of which Nationwide Life Insurance Company or a subsidiary of Nationwide Life Insurance Company is the common parent.

Group. Shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act, and all related rules, regulations and jurisprudence.
