Example Definitions of "Group"
Group. The affiliated group of corporations as defined in ยง 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), of which Nationwide Life Insurance Company or a subsidiary of Nationwide Life Insurance Company is the common parent.
