Group

Group. Means, after completion of the Braveheart Acquisition, the group of companies comprising Evercore Partners Inc. and its Affiliates (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Company and its Affiliates);

Group. Shall mean either the Duke Energy Group or the Spectra Energy Group, as applicable.

Group. The Controlled Group or the Distributing Group, as appropriate

Group. The ADP Group and/or the Broadridge Group, as the context requires.

Group. Shall mean Parent, the Subsidiaries and all corporations (whether now existing or hereafter formed or acquired) which are includible in an affiliated group, as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code

Group. Means any two or more Persons who, directly or indirectly, through any contract, arrangement, understanding, relationship or otherwise, act as a partnership, limited partnership, syndicate or other group for the purpose of acquiring or holding securities of the Company or its Company Affiliates.

Group. The ADP Group and/or the Dealer Group, as the context requires.

Group. Shall mean either the QEP Group or the Buyer Group, as applicable.

Group. Any group of Persons who, with respect to those acquiring, holding, voting or disposing of Voting Securities would, assuming ownership of the requisite percentage thereof, be required under Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act to file a statement on Schedule 13D with the SEC as a "person" within the meaning of Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act, or who would be considered a "person" for purposes of Section 13(g)(3) of the Exchange Act.

Group. (i) with respect to Air Products, the Air Products Group and (ii) with respect to Versum, the Versum Group.
