Example Definitions of "Group"
Group. The Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, or any members of the Group, as the context requires.
Group. Means (i) if the Company operates within an Omnicom network, all of the companies, group of companies and divisions operating under a global or national brand of such Omnicom network, and (ii) if the Company operates as part of a division or separate company independent of an Omnicom network, all companies and divisions operating under such independent brand.
Group. A "group" as that term is used in Section 13(d) of the 1934 Act and as defined in Rule 13d-5 thereunder, and, as applicable, any similar or corresponding concept under Applicable Law
Group. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Transaction Agreement.
