Example Definitions of "Guarantor"
Guarantor. Means Raser Technologies Inc.
Guarantor. Is any present or future guarantor of the Obligations, including Art Technology Group (Europe) Limited.
Guarantor. Means Brigham Exploration, the General Partner, each Subsidiary of the Borrower, and each other Subsidiary of Brigham Exploration (if any) that becomes a guarantor of the Obligations as contemplated in Section 5.12.

Guarantor. Means each of the Company's subsidiaries listed on the signature pages to this Agreement.
Guarantor. Shall mean Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Guarantor. Means, as the context may require, any Person now or in the future guaranteeing any Indebtedness through the issuance of a Guaranty (and "Guarantors" means all of foregoing collectively).
