Guarantor

Example Definitions of "Guarantor"
Guarantor. Shall have the meaning given that term in Exhibit 1.40.
Guarantor. Shall mean each Person, if any, that executes and delivers to Lender a guaranty of any or all of the Obligations and "Guarantors" shall mean all Guarantors, collectively. -16-
