Example Definitions of "Guaranty"
Guaranty. Shall mean each guaranty delivered to Lender by a Guarantor in respect of the Obligations, as amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time as permitted thereunder.
Guaranty. Means the Unconditional Guaranty Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "J," as the same may be amended, modified, restated or extended from time to time.
Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from Guarantor to Lender, including without limitation a guaranty of all of part of the Note.
Guaranty. The Limited Guaranty Agreement, and any amendments thereto.
Guaranty. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5A.01(b).
Guaranty. Means that certain Unconditional Guaranty made by the Company in favor of Holder, dated as of the date hereof.
Guaranty. As used in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, shall mean the Original Guaranty, as amended by this Amendment and the First Amendment to and Reaffirmation of Guaranty.
Guaranty. Shall mean the Continuing Guaranty dated as of August 20, 2008 executed by Parent in favor of Holder.
Guaranty. Shall mean this Subsidiary Guaranty as the same may be modified, supplemented or amended from time to time in accordance with it terms.
Guaranty. Unless otherwise provided herein, all capitalized or other terms in this Guaranty shall have the meanings specified in the Credit Agreement.
