Guaranty

Example Definitions of "Guaranty"
Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means any guaranty from Guarantor, or any other guarantor, endorser, surety, or accommodation party to Lender, including without limitation a guaranty of all or part of the Note.
Guaranty. Means that certain Continuing Guaranty Agreement of Guarantor dated as of even date herewith in favor of Holder.
Guaranty. Has the meaning given to that term in the Recitals.
Guaranty. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Recitals hereto.
Guaranty. Means the Guaranty, dated as of June 22, 2009 by Guarantor in favor of Payee, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Guaranty. Shall mean: (a) any of the Guaranties (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) delivered in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement, and (b) a Guaranty in the form and substance of the Guaranties delivered to the Lender by the Initial Guarantors in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement, and shall include, in each case, any and all amendments, extensions, replacements, and reaffirmations thereof.
Guaranty. Shall mean that certain Guaranty, dated as of the date hereof, executed by Guarantor in favor of Lender.
Guaranty. Shall mean (i) the Guaranty and Suretyship Agreement of even date herewith from Rio, Rio GP, Grande Communications ClearSource, Inc. (now merged into Tenant) and Grande Communications, Inc. (now merged into Tenant) to Landlord and (ii) the Guaranty and Suretyship Agreement dated as of September 14, 2009 from Grande Investment L.P. and Grande Parent LLC to Landlord."
Guaranty. That certain corporate guaranty of this Lease given by Guarantor of even date herewith.
Guaranty. Means the Guaranty dated December 29, 2007 made by Grantor in favor of Secured Party, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, pursuant to which Grantor guaranteed the obligations of Tactical under the Note.
