Example Definitions of "Guaranty"
Guaranty. - There is no Guaranty.
Guaranty. Means the guaranty agreement executed by Guarantor and delivered to Lender.
Guaranty. Shall mean the guaranty of Tenant's obligations under this Lease executed and delivered by Guarantor simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Lease, which guaranty is in the form of Exhibit "D" attached hereto.
Guaranty. Means (i) the Guaranty, dated on or about the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date, made by the TGLP in favor of the Bank and (ii) each other guaranty, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank, made by other Person in favor of the Bank for the benefit to the Bank.

The guaranty made by The Talbots Group, Limited Partnership, a Massachusetts limited partnership, and each other entity that becomes a party thereto, in favor of the Bank in support of the Borrower's indebtedness under the Agreement, including any amendments thereto and replacements thereof.

Guaranty. One or more "bottom dollar" guaranties (each, a "Guaranty") of a portion or portions of the indebtedness of the Partnership or its affiliates equal to up to one hundred and three (103%) percent of the principal amount of the Subordinated Incentive Listing Note, pursuant to the terms of one or more "Guaranty of Collectibility" (in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit II)
Guaranty. Has the meaning set forth in the recital s to this Settlement Agreement.
