Example Definitions of "Guaranty"
Guaranty. Each of those certain guaranties of even date herewith made by a Guarantor in favor of Lender which guarantees the obligations evidenced by the Note, the Trust Deed, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents delivered to Lender pursuant hereto.
Guaranty. Shall mean one or more guaranties executed by a Guarantor which guarantees the payment and performance of the principal amount (but not any interest, fees, or other charges or amounts) of a Loan.
Guaranty. Collectively: (a) the Guaranty Agreement dated February 10, 2000 executed by Accom International, Inc.; (b) the Guaranty Agreement dated February 10, 2000 executed by Accom Europe, Ltd.; (c) the Guaranty Agreement dated February 10, 2000 executed by Accom Asia- Pacific; and (d) the Guaranty Agreement dated February 10, 2000 executed by Accom Virtual Studio, Inc.
Guaranty. The "EQI V Guaranty"; together with the EQI II Guaranty, the "Guaranty"
Guaranty. And "GUARANTOR" shall having the meanings given them in the preamble of this Lease.
Guaranty. Means the guaranty of payments under the Note by the Guarantors substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
Guaranty. The Guaranty dated of even date herewith given by Guarantors to Agent.
