Example Definitions of "Guaranty"
Guaranty. Means any agreement, undertaking or arrangement pursuant to which the Borrower guarantees, endorses or otherwise becomes or is contingently liable for an obligation of any other person or entity or any other liability which would be classified as contingent in accordance with GAAP.
Guaranty. Means the continuing guaranty executed and delivered by Parent and TLOP in favor of Lender whereby each of Parent and TLOP guarantees the prompt payment and performance of the Obligations, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
Guaranty. A collateralized guaranty of all of its obligations to IBM Credit from Turtle Mountain (the "Guaranty") which Guaranty shall be in form and substance acceptable to IBM Credit;
Guaranty. Shall mean a guarantee of payment and performance of all of Tenant's obligations under this Lease to be provided by Guarantor To Landlord contemporaneously with execution of this Lease.
