Example Definitions of "Guaranty"
Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means this Corporate Guaranty made by Guarantor for the benefit of Obligee.
Guaranty. Collectively, one or more guaranties of each guarantor in favor of Lender, in a form reasonably acceptable to Lenders, as amended or modified and in effect from time to time
