Hazardous Material. Means any contaminant, pollutant or toxic or hazardous waste, effluent or other substance or material, including without limitation any radioactive, explosive, flammable, corrosive or infectious substance or material, or any substance or material containing friable asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls or urea formaldehyde or which is otherwise subject to any Law, Permit or Order relating to the protection of the environment or human health or safety.

Hazardous Material.
