Holder

Holder. Means a Person in whose name a Note is registered on the Company's books.

Holder. Shall mean the Person specified in the introductory paragraphs of this Convertible Note or any Person who shall at the time be the registered Holder of this Convertible Note.

Holder. Has the meaning given to such term in the recitals.

Holder. Means each person or entity set forth on Schedule A or any of such person's respective successors and assignees who acquire rights in accordance with this Agreement with respect to any Registrable Securities directly or indirectly from a Holder or from any assignee thereof;

Holder. Means Guident Ltd (10837749) or its assignees.

Holder. Shall mean Viola Credit and any such other third party to which this Warrant is assigned or transferred pursuant to its terms.

Holder. Means any Initial Holder and any transferee or assignee who agrees in writing to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 10 hereof.

Holder. Shall mean each Person in whose name shares of Series A Preferred Stock are registered on the stock register of the Corporation, who shall be treated by the Corporation, or if the Corporation is not the Transfer Agent, the Transfer Agent, as the record owner of those shares of Series A Preferred Stock for the purpose of making payment and for all other purposes.

Holder. Means any holder of Registrable Securities who is a party to this Agreement (including a Permitted Transferee who has executed a joinder hereto).

Holder. Has the meaning set forth in the Subordinated Notes.
