Example Definitions of "Holder"
Holder. (i) each Purchaser in his, her or its capacity as a holder of record of Registrable Securities, as reflected on Schedule 1 hereto, and (ii) any direct or indirect transferee of such Registrable Securities from such Purchaser. For purposes of this Agreement, the Trust may deem and treat the registered holder of Registrable Securities as the Holder and absolute owner thereof, unless notified to the contrary in writing by the registered Holder thereof.
