Holder

Holder. Means any holder of outstanding Registrable Securities who is a party to this Agreement or to whom the benefits of this Agreement have been validly assigned and such of its respective heirs, successors and permitted assigns (including any permitted transferees of Registrable Securities) who acquire or are otherwise the transferee of Registrable Securities, directly or indirectly, from such 28 Investor (or any subsequent... Holder. A party whose name is set forth on the signature pages hereof beneath the heading "Holders" or any transferee, successor or assignee of such party permitted by this Agreement.

Holder. The holder of Conversion Shares or shares of Convertible Preferred Stock.

Holder. The term "Holder" or "Holders" means any person or entity that is a party to this Agreement and to which or whom Registrable Shares, or rights to issuance of Registrable Shares have been issued, assigned or transferred, in accordance with the Shareholders' Agreement and this Agreement.

Holder. Means Berkadia or any Permitted Transferee who is the record holder of Registrable Securities.
