Holder

Holder. Means a Person who is listed as the record owner of Warrants, Warrant Shares and any other securities issued or issuable with respect to the Warrants or the Warrant Shares by way of a stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization.

Holder. Shall mean the Broadband Infrastructure Group Corporation or its assigns.

Holder. Means GE Capital Equity Investments, Inc., or its assigns.

Holder. Means Grantee and, to the extent Grantee has assigned its rights and obligations under this Agreement as permitted herein, any subsidiary or direct or indirect transferee of Grantee.

Holder. Means any holder from time to time of Securities (including any of the Initial Purchasers).

Holder. Has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this PASI Note.

Holder. Shall mean (i) any holder of Securities (including the Initial Purchasers), (ii) any holder of New Securities referred to in Section 2(f) hereof that is also an Initial Purchaser and (iii) any Exchanging Dealer during the Exchange Offer Registration Period that holds New Securities covered by the Exchange Offer Registration Statement.

Holder. The Stockholders, the Management Holders or KAGT or any permitted successor or assignee thereof in accordance with Section 10(d).

Holder. Means any shareholder holding securities entitled to registration by the Company hereunder or under one or more Other Registration Rights Agreements, and shall include, where the context requires, the Shareholder.

Holder. The Holders of the Initial Covered Debt, in the manner provided in the indenture relating to the Initial Covered Debt, of this Replacement Capital Covenant and the rights granted to such Holders hereunder
