Example Definitions of "Holder"
Holder. Any person that is the record owner of Registrable Securities (and includes any person that has a beneficial interest in any Registrable Security in book-entry form).
Holder. A Person who owns, beneficially or of record, Registrable Securities. It is understood and agreed that it is currently contemplated that the Securities and the Exchange Securities will initially be issued in global form and that, until such time, if any, as certificates are issued therefor, the only registered holder of the Securities and the Exchange Securities will be the nominee of The Depository Trust Company
Holder. Any beneficial owner from time to time of Registrable Securities.
Holder. The Purchaser and any other holder of Registrable Securities to whom the registration rights conferred by this Agreement have been transferred in compliance with Section 9.11 hereof.
Holder. Means (i) Vivendi, (ii) any of its Controlled Affiliates and (iii) each holder of Registrable Securities that acquires from Vivendi or any of its Affiliates a number of shares of Common Stock that, as of the time of such acquisition, constitutes 10% or more of the aggregate number of issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock.

Holder. Or "Holders" means (i) the Investor and (ii) permitted assignees of the Investor who are assigned rights hereunder, in each case to the extent that they continue to hold Registrable Securities.
