Holder. Shall mean an Investor if such Investor holds Registrable Securities and any other person holding Registrable Securities to whom these registration rights have been transferred pursuant to Section 14 of this Agreement; provided, however, that any person who acquires any of the Registrable Securities after the Initial Offering in a public sale pursuant to a registration statement filed by the Company under the Act or pursuant to a public sale under Rule 144 under the Act shall not be considered... a Holder. Holder. Each record owner of any Registrable Shares from time to time, including, but not limited to, each of the Purchasers for such time as they are the record owner of any of the Registrable Shares.

Holder. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto. Sch. I-2

Holder. Each of the Investor Stockholders and any other holder of Registrable Securities (including any direct or indirect transferee of an Investor Stockholder who has acquired Registrable Securities from an Investor Stockholder not in violation of the Stockholders Agreement and agrees in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement).

Holder. Means any of the NMP Entities and any Assignee.

Holder. Any person owning Series B Preferred Stock or any assignee thereof.

Holder. The Stockholders and any holder of Registrable Securities entitled to the benefits hereof who agrees in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

Holder. Shall mean any beneficial owner from time to time of Registrable Notes (including any of the Initial Purchasers, for so long as it owns any Registrable Notes).
