Holder

Holder. Has the meaning provided for such term in the Indenture as of the date hereof.

Holder. The Holder, as sole stockholder of Sierra Design Group

Holder. Means any holder of Parent securities, inclusive of PFG.

Holder. Has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Warrant.

Holder. Means each Purchaser and any person to whom a Purchaser assigns all or any portion of a Note in accordance with the terms thereof.

Holder. Means a holder of Registrable Securities, including any permitted transferee of a Holder.

Holder. And collectively "Holders," means (a) each of Gerald Brock, Michael Hughes, William Schmitz and Molly Hedges, as the purchasers of the Warrants under the Warrant Purchase Agreement and (b) any permitted transferee (pursuant to the terms of the Warrants and the Warrant Purchase Agreement) of a Warrant or any Registrable Securities.

Holder. Means (i) NGP VIII, (ii) the Persons named on Annex B, (iii) any holder of Registrable Securities to whom the registration rights conferred by this Agreement have been transferred in compliance with Section 7(e) hereof, and (iv) any holder of Registrable Securities that have become Registrable Securities pursuant to subclause (iii) in the definition of "Registrable Securities" as a result of the amendment of Section 7.12 of the LP Agreement; provided that any Person referenced in clause (i),... Holder. Means Investor as defined in the Purchase Agreement (as defined in Section 5), or any of its transferees permitted pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Agreement.

Holder. Sunlight Capital Partners, LLC or any of its transferees permitted pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Agreement (as defined below).
