Holder

Holder. The Securityholder to the extent that the Securityholder is the holder of record of (1) Registrable Common Stock or (2) OP Units.

Holder. An Initial Purchaser, for so long as it owns any Registrable Securities, and each of its successors, assigns and direct and indirect transferees who become owners, beneficial or otherwise, of Registrable Securities. For the avoidance of doubt, a Holder of Notes shall be deemed to be a Holder of the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of such Notes

Holder. Any person owning or having the right to acquire Registrable Securities or any assignee thereof in accordance with Section 6 or Section 13.8 hereof
