Holders

Holders. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble.

Holders. The term "Holders" shall mean the persons or entities who have acquired Equity Securities.

Holders. Means each of the Holders listed on the signature pages hereof, for so long as (and to the extent that) each owns any Registrable Securities, and each of their respective successors, assigns, and direct and indirect transferees who become registered owners of Registrable Securities.

Holders. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the introductory paragraph hereto.

Holders. Means the Investors or any Person to whom an Investor or transferee(s) of an Investor has assigned, transferred or otherwise conveyed the Securities or the Shares.

Holders. The Purchaser or any of its affiliates or transferees to the extent any of them hold Closing Shares, other then those purchasing Closing Shares in a market transaction.

Holders. Shall mean the Initial Purchasers and any subsequent holder of Registrable Securities that is a member of the GSMP Group (as defined in the Indenture), for so long as they own any Registrable Securities, and not any other subsequent holder of such securities.

Holders. Means the Stockholders and any Person owning or having the right to acquire Registrable Securities.

Holders. Refers to you and any subsequent holder or holders of record of any of the shares of Restricted Stock while such shares retain that status as defined below.

Holders. Shall mean the Initial Purchasers, for so long as they own any Registrable Securities (except that for purposes of Section 4 hereof, the Initial Purchasers shall always be considered Holders), and each of their respective successors, assigns and direct and indirect transferees who become registered owners of Registrable Securities.
