Example Definitions of "Incentive Stock Option"
Incentive Stock Option. An Option granted under Section 6(b) that meets the requirements of Code Section 422 and any regulations or rules promulgated thereunder, and is designated as an Incentive Stock Option in the Award Agreement.
Incentive Stock Option. Or "ISO" shall mean any Option or portion thereof that is designated in a Grant Agreement as an ISO and meets the requirements of an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Incentive Stock Option. An Option complying with the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision and any regulations thereunder

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no Option shall be treated as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code unless the Plan has been (i) approved by the shareholders of the Company in a manner intended to comply with the shareholder approval... requirements of Section 422(b)(1) of the Code or (2) a determination has been made by the Committee that the method of adoption and approval of the Plan meets the shareholder approval requirements of Section 422 of the Code. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Option intended to be an incentive stock option shall not fail to be effective solely on account of a failure to obtain such approval, but rather such Option shall be treated as a nonqualified stock option unless and until such approval is obtained. Incentive Stock Option. Any option to purchase shares of Common Stock that is granted pursuant to this Plan and which is intended to be, and designated as, an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code
