Incentive Stock Option

Example Definitions of "Incentive Stock Option"
Incentive Stock Option. Means an Option that is intended to satisfy the requirements applicable to an "incentive stock option" described in Code Section 422(b)
Incentive Stock Option. An Option, or portion thereof, that is designated by the Compensation Committee as an incentive stock option and otherwise meets the requirements set forth in the Plan and Section 422 of the Code for incentive stock options.
Incentive Stock Option. Means an Option intended, as expressed in the Award Agreement, to meet the requirements of an "incentive stock option" as defined in Section 422(b) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.
Incentive Stock Option. An Option granted by the Committee to a Participant under the Plan which is designated by the Committee as an Incentive Stock Option pursuant to Section 422 of the Code
Incentive Stock Option. Means an Option that is intended to qualify for special Federal income tax treatment pursuant to Sections 421 and 422 of the Code, and which is so designated in the applicable Award Agreement.
