Indenture

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities and the Exchange Securities, dated as of June 9, 1998, as supplemented by Supplemental Indenture No. 13, dated as of April 4, 2000, in each case among the Company, the Guarantor and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as the same may be amended, 2 supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, to be dated as of the Closing Date, between the Company and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. Means the Indenture dated as of June 1, 2001 among the Issuer,

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of May 24, 2001, among the Company, the Guarantor and Chase Manhattan Bank and Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of July 12, 2001, among the Company, the Guarantors and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of February 7, 2003, as supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of August 5, 2003, by and among the Company, the Guarantors, if any, and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Notes are being issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of July 28, 2003, among the Company, the Guarantors and Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as trustee (the "Trustee"), as the same shall be amended from time to time.

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of June 10, 2004, by and among the Company and J.P. Morgan Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.

Indenture. Shall mean that certain Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of January 21, 2004, among the Issuers and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. Shall mean that certain Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of September 24, 2004, among the Issuers and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
