Indenture

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of October 8, 1990, between the Company and The Bank of New York (as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. ), as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of January 9, 2013 among the Notes Issuers, the Guarantors and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The base indenture dated as of July 13, 2012 among the Company, the Guarantor and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the "Trustee"), as supplemented by the Second Supplemental Indenture dated February 11, 2013 among the Company, the Guarantor and the Trustee relating to the Securities, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of April 13, 2017 among the Issuers, the Guarantors and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of November 16, 2017 among the Company, the Guarantor and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The indenture dated as of April 18, 2013, between the Issuer and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, as supplemented by the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November 14, 2017, by and between the Issuer and the Trustee pursuant to which the Notes are being issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of December 28, 2016, as supplemented as of March 8, 2017 and September 8, 2017, among the Issuers, the Guarantors and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, which Indenture also governs the Existing Securities, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. Shall mean the indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of October 13, 2017 between the Company and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
