Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of February 12, 2001, between the Company and Citibank, N.A., as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Notes, dated as --------- of March 27, 2002, between the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors, and State Street Bank and Trust 2 Company, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of January 23, 2003, by and among the Issuer, the Subsidiary Guarantors and U.S. Bank, N.A., as trustee (the "TRUSTEE"), pursuant to which the Secured Notes are being issued, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, to be dated as of the Closing Time, by and between the Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the indenture under which the company will issue the Debentures.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of February 18, 2003, between the Company and The Bank of New York Trust Company of Florida, N.A., as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the General Mortgage Indenture, dated as of October 10, 2002, between the Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Notes, dated as of November 23, 1999, by and among the Issuer, the Guarantor and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as successor trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of May 1, 2003 among the Company, the Guarantors and the Trustee, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall have the meaning indicated in the introductory paragraph.
